Our Prices

We offer 2 basic tariff’s – a catered, half board option and a self catered option – though in winter we prefer to offer just the catered option.

Catered - half board - Prices

Based on 7 nights half board accommodation. We provide daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and 3 course dinner with complimentary table wine on 5 out of the 7 nights- as we have 2 nights off. Only 495 Euros per person per week, including use of spa and sauna.

Upgrade to superior quality bottled wines, 4 course dinners on 6 nights, champagne aperitif on first and last nights, homemade cakes served with afternoon tea--all available at a supplement of 180 Euros per person.

For gay families children under 15 are accommodated free of charge, paying only 125€ for their food. Whilst children are welcome, we do have

Deposits

We ask for 150€ deposit per adult to secure reservation, with balance due 10 weeks before arrival.

We accept payment by Credit card, Euro bank transfer or cheque. If preferred, payment can be accepted in £ sterling by cheque or bank transfer using the prevailing tourist rate.

Whilst not critical you should be aware that all invoices and credit card statements will reflect the holding company 365 Holidays in France and not Gay Holidays in France. E-mails can also be sent from 365 Holidays in France if you prefer - please make us aware of this when you contact us.

Self Catered Rates – based on taking the whole chalet

May, June, September to November:950€

With the self catered option you need to provide your own linen and towels and ensure that the chalet is cleaned thoroughly after your stay. For those of you who don't want to be bothered, we can arrange mid and end of stay cleaning if required, and can hire out linen and towels - prices as follows:

--Bed linen and hand and bath towels 19€ per person (tea towels included), payable locally.
--Midweek and end of stay cleaning at 100€

Unfortunately, with our self catered option in the summer, as we will not be living in the chalet at the time, we cannot offer use of the sauna and Jacuzzi; we have had too many accidents!!!! Also we may not be able to offer the full range of DVD’s – please ask if you have any requests before arrival!!

Terms

-30% deposit is required to secure reservation with balance due 10 weeks before arrival.
-Rental payment is accepted by credit card or Euro cheque or transfer. If preferred payment can be made by £ sterling transfer or cheque using the prevailing tourist exchange rate.

-A security deposit of €700 is requested and can be taken by credit card before arrival, or in cash on arrival. This sum is returned if the property is left in the same condition as found on arrival.

-An additional €100 in cash is requested on arrival for key deposit and end of stay cleaning. If guests prefer to do their own cleaning at the end of their stay, and on the return of all keys, this deposit will be refunded.
